Reawakening My Daring Self in an AI-Driven World

Hi Soft Warrior Diaries,

This week, I’ve been reflecting on something I’ve been missing for a long time: my daring self. I still vividly remember how fearless I was when I was younger—trying new things, exploring without hesitation, and trusting my instincts. Somewhere along the way, that energy faded, replaced by fear: fear of posting, fear of sharing, fear of exploring. As an entrepreneur, that fear can feel especially heavy.

Now, the world is resetting. AI is everywhere, and suddenly, everyone is learning similar skills at the same time. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I see this as fuel for creativity. There’s a space to experiment, explore, and bring something unique to life. But I know my weakness—I tend to keep ideas to myself, afraid to put them out into the world.

This week, I decided to take small steps to reconnect with that daring spirit. I’m treating each action as an experiment rather than a success-or-fail scenario:

  • Content experiments: Sharing small reflections, tips, or learnings online.

  • AI experiments: Exploring one AI tool a week and documenting my findings.

  • Outreach experiments: Connecting with small businesses I can help, offering insights on automation, process improvement, or strategy.

I’ve realized that daring doesn’t have to mean giant leaps—it can mean consistent, small acts of courage. Every post, every email, every shared insight is a step toward reawakening the curiosity, boldness, and creativity I loved as a young entrepreneur.

I don’t know exactly where this journey will take me, but I know I want to feel that daring energy again—and see if it can create something successful. And if nothing else, I’m learning to honor curiosity, embrace risk, and let my ideas breathe outside my own mind.

Here’s to daring, experimenting, and creating in a world full of possibilities.
